About the Job:

Do you love introducing others to your favorite craft beverages? The Duluth Cider Brand Ambassador will promote Duluth Cider by introducing new people to our ciders, primarily through off site events. These events may include liquor stores, charitable or mid size events, and large festivals. Schedule varies based on event scheduling, seasonality and, of course, your availability. You can expect to spend about 2-4 hours a week talking about and sharing Duluth Cider.

Responsibilities:

Loving cider
Educating consumers about Duluth Cider products
Leading customers through a tasting of ciders
Assisting the Sales Manager, our distribution partner reps and other Duluth Cider Brand Ambassadors as needed with special events
Exhibiting a superior level of customer service
Reporting results of the event within 24 hours of completion
Staying knowledgeable about Duluth Cider’s history/current happenings (via website + social media)
Traveling within the market for events
Cleaning and putting items away after events
Directing customers as to where they can find Duluth Cider

About You:

Friendly and outgoing personality
Knowledge of the craft cider industry
Experience in the craft industry is a plus
Excellent communication skills
Flexible schedule, willingness to work some weeknights and weekends
Must be 21+
Must have a clean driving record
Must have a valid drivers license

Physical Requirements

Must be able to physically maneuver 70 lb. kegs and cases of Cider
Must be able to stand, walk, lift and bend 60% of the work schedule

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour
